- I am currently invesitigating the consequences for art and aesthetic education of Dewey's aesthetics, including, especially, the influence of Albert Barnes on Dewey's thinking. I am also looking at the significance of Dewey's understanding of human embodiedness for multicultural and anti-racist pedagogies.

- To take active steps, as an organization, to work for educational policies and reforms more consistent with the basic elements of Dewey's vision of public education.
